Digital Products

StocksalesApp is a digital SaaS product accessed via subscription.

Refund Conditions

Refunds may be issued only in the following cases:

• Technical issues preventing access to the service
• Duplicate payments
• Service not delivered as described

Non-Refundable Cases

• Change of mind after access is granted
• Misuse of the software
• Violation of Terms of Service

Due to the digital nature of the product, refunds are generally not issued once access is granted.

Processing

All refunds are handled through Paddle and may take several business days.
